ET99W-CIL is the high performances instrument ideal for the functional end line analysis of pistons, pneumatic, master cylinders, hydraulic cylinders and cylinder actuators.
Differently from oil working benches, the instrument executes the test in accordance with the directives of the European norms about the sector.
ET99W-CIL is available in two versions, depending on the desired modality test.
The first version executes complete programmable movement cycles, and in a second time it executes the seal test on the first chamber with independent parameters (piston seal control) and then on both the chambers at the same time (whole body seal control).
Everything is executed in automatic way without the operator participation, thanks to the pneumatic group that is realized for the
specific application.
Twenty serial programs allow to test a great number of these components, with the possibility to set up independently all the
parameters of test phases.
