Continuous operation mode test:
The tests are executed in rapid succession in order to give the operator the possibility to execute reparations during the test phase.

ET99W-PC is the high performances instrument suitable for the functional end line analysis of gas sector elements (cooking surfaces, kitchens and heating).
It is designed in continuous operation mode and this element allows to execute analysis and reparations during the leak test, the filling phase takes place in automatic mode (without start command pulse) and the leak-off rate measure is produced on volumetric index (cc/h) or in pressure (Δp/Δt).
During Single-Test mode the instrument finds out the leaks taking advantage of the “pressure drop” principle: at the beginning it pressurizes the piece and after a settlement time it points out the leak that is visualized in d Δp system.
The instrument is provided with electronic pressure regulator that allows to have stable and safe test pressures without operator interferences, and moreover this control system allows to prolong drastically the instrument pneumatic circuit lifetime.
